Incentives are always a fun way to keep things fresh. Truly Medical Staffing tracks loyalty, quality, and professionalism within our platform. The rating system helps both parties earn points that will be tracked in the reward section. Points can be earned in the ways described below.
Facilities and true pros have the option to rate each other after the completion of each shift. All rates are confidential for the comfort of true pros and our clients at TMS.
Our reward system is categorized as follows:
True pros rate facilities 1–5, with 1 being severely unsatisfied and 5 being very satisfied.
Once rated, points are generated based on the number of hours of free service the facility can achieve.
1 = 0 points
2 = 1 point
3 = 2 points
4 = 3 points
5 = 4 four points
Margin of points needed to be earned to be rewarded. There are three levels.
180 points = 1 hour of free service
360 points = 2 hours of free service.
720 points = 3 hours of free service.
Once the facility achieves the number of points within the margin or more, the reimbursement will be paid out quarterly. Once earned, the facility has the option to use the number of hours achieved at any given point in time.
Points are reset after the end of each quarter for another round of fun.
For example, facility A earns 210 points, which means they've earned 1 hour of free service only and will have the option to use that free hour at any given time.
Once the quarter ends, all points will be reset and ready for another round, meaning that facilities have the option to save up all their earned hours, and TMS covers them.
