Rewards

Points can be acquired for True pros that completes a total amount of shift hours within a specific margin. The system is divided into three levels, and true pro's have the choice of continuing and aiming for a bigger and better prize or they can choose the first reward that piques their attention. Once the reward is selected by the True Pro, everything is reset and ready for another round of fun after each quarter.

Local assignment incentives
True pros that want to work local assignments can gain additional hours to fulfill the amount of hours needed to complete the reward system by having facilities rate them after the end of each shift.
Facilities rate local contracted pros 1–5.
Additional time earned is to be calculated within rewards.
- 3 = 30 mins
- 4 = 1 hrs.
- 5 = 1.5 hrs.
Hours worked are calculated and then refreshed on a quarterly basis for another round of fun.
Note that TMS's portal will still keep hours documented.
